Respite Care
Respite care for family caregivers in Georgia
Family caregivers burn out quietly. Respite care gives you planned time off, for an afternoon, a weekend or a trip, knowing your loved one is with someone trained and trusted.
We follow your routines exactly, so the person you care for has a good day while you are away, and we hand back with clear notes.
Licensed Georgia private home care provider. Private pay. Serving 9 metro Atlanta counties.

Questions families ask
Respite Care: common questions
How far ahead should we book respite care?+
The earlier the better, especially for holidays and multi-day trips. We also help at short notice when a caregiver is available in your area.
Can you cover a whole weekend?+
Yes. Multi-day respite is scheduled as a series of shifts so your loved one always has an alert caregiver. We plan it with you at the consultation.
Do you provide respite for autistic adults?+
Yes. We provide private pay respite for children and adults with autism and other special needs. See our autism and special needs care page for details.
How do families pay for care?+
CareBridge is a private pay home care agency. Families pay directly, and we also work with long-term care insurance and veterans benefits where they apply. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid, including the NOW and COMP waivers.
